Welcome to La Dolce Vita, where we celebrate the best life has to offer! Photography became a part of my life through a deep passion for storytelling and an insatiable curiosity about the world around me.
My journey began in journalism, and I've had the privilege of working extensively with various national and international newspapers, such as Público, Expresso, TimeOut and The Guardian.
I've been honored to have my work recognized on the international stage with multiple awards, exhibitions, and photography festivals. With more than 200 weddings shot alongside Portugal's leading photographers, I founded La Dolce Vita, a project moved by pure emotion, joy, beauty, uncontainable laughter and appreciation for every unique detail, while ensuring the timeless memories of your big day are captured in a fluid and natural way.
My inspiration stems from my background in music (I was once a musician before discovering photography!), films, poetry and paintings. Additionally, I love to travel and immerse myself in new cultures.
Joining me on this life-adventure is Maria, my incredible girlfriend, who is also an extraordinary photographer. She often accompanies me, so you might have the pleasure of meeting her on your big day! On the day after, you’ll likely find us strolling on a sunny beach with our loyal four-legged companions: Aramis and Bali.
